The Motor Trend Channel on YouTube has to be one of my all time favorite places to go watch technical videos. They range from very informative to “hey, lets see if this crazy idea works.” This is for sure one of the latter. Basically the guys at dirt every day bought a beater front wheel drive Rav4 and relocated the engine….in the passenger seat….sideways. The idea actually seems to work pretty well for a budget rock crawler, but my question is…how hot does that exhaust manifold get while driving the buggy.
