Stick Shift Plymouth Valiant Drag Racing

Stick Shift Plymouth Valiant Drag Racing

Today we have a driver banging gears in a stick shift Plymouth Valiant at National Trail Raceway for the Mopar Nationals event. While it’s not one of the fastest cars at the Drag strip, this driver is probably having some of the most fun, because it’s not automatic like most of the other cars. It’s also a pretty clean example too!

The Mopar Nationals is one of National Trail Raceway’s biggest events of the year. It is the one time where all the big Mopar fans can race against other Mopar fans and show off their whips. I don’t go every year, but when I do… I have a lot of fun.

National Trail Raceway is an NHRA quarter mile drag strip located between Hebron and Kirkersville, Ohio, USA, off of U.S. Route 40. The track is located about 30 minutes east of Columbus, Ohio. It is known to us locals as Nationals Trails.
